    Blair Thomas

    The last 30 years Blair has been leading soldiers - employees and building teams for wartime and for the business community. In leading Platoons or Batteries to leading Departments or Division, he has helped organizations reach goals and ensure the people/team is taken care of. His driven personality allowed him to go to school at night and receive two Masters, an MBA in International Business and a Masters in Telecommunications.

     

    His first step in his career was with U.S. Army and he was honored to help deploy the first ever MLRS (Multiple Launch Rocker System) Battery outside the USA. From re-writing the -10 and -20 manuals to integrating the tactics for best utilization, Blair showed an ability to inspire and lead teams to higher levels. The opportunity to work with the latest technology within the Army also allowed for his individual learning to excel.

    In the business world, Blair has worked in the Technology world. From Product Management, Project Management, Channel Management, Business Development and Strategic Planning, Blair has worked with Firms like Shell Oil, AMR, LTV, The State of New Mexico, Microsoft, Oracle, SCO, Novell, Dallas ISD, Richardson ISD, Irving ISD, Children’s Hospital Dallas, and Parkland Hospital. Now as a Loan Originator for Gateway Mortgage, he is not only helping people to get the loans they need for the homes they want; He is also educating the public on the Home Buying & Selling Process.

     

    As the Founder of Care & Mercy Foundation and the Creator/Chairman of the Jimmy MAC Golf & Gala, his effort is to help other organization to meet their philanthropic and fund-raising goals. He continues this effort with events to support Special Needs Children/Adults and Veteran Programs in the local North Texas Area.

     

    Blair is married and has six children ages 23-33 and two Grandchildren. He loves spending time with family, travel and playing sports.

    Richard Scott

    Richard Scott is a Registered Representation and Investment Advisor Representative for Rockgate Financial Partners, and he is Managing Director and Financial Advisor for Vista American Financial Group in Dallas, Texas. He has over 30·years of experience in developing and managing investment and financial programs for major corporations, governmental entities, high net worth families, and not-for-profit institutions.

     

    Richard's strong investment and communication skills help bring effective solutions to complex problems. He is a frequent keynoter in economics and investments and has written multiple professional articles in these fields.

    Mr. Scott previously worked in senior positions at industry-leading financial institutions (Bank of America, Credit Suisse, and Morgan Stanley) and as Executive Director & Assistant Deputy Treasurer of the Texas State Treasury for Ann W. Richards and Kay Bailey Hutchison, where he developed TexPool and other State of Texas investment programs.

     

    Mr. Scott received a bachelor's degree from Baylor University, an MBA from Louisiana State University, and continued with doctoral studies in economics at The University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Scott earned the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation and is Past President of the Dallas Association for Financial

    Professionals. He serves or has previously served on the Boards of several charity and non-profit organizations including the United Way of Metro Dallas, the Dallas Symphony, the Nasher Sculpture Center, and the Care & Mercy Foundation. He is a Deacon in the Presbyterian Church.

     

    Mr. Scott has the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations and is insurance licensed for life, health, group benefits, senior products, and annuities. He is an Investment Advisor (Series 66) and an ERISA Fiduciary Advisor.

     

    Richard has two grown children. He and his wife Diane live in Grapevine, Texas. In his spare time, Richard enjoys cooking, road biking, and traveling.

     

     

     

    Dennis Packham

    Dennis Packham is the Executive Marketing Director for Triangle Marketing Company in Dallas, Texas. He has over 30 years of extensive experience in industrial sales and marketing for major corporations. For more than 10 years Mr. Packham served as the National Sales Manager for Norton Company.

     

    Mr. Packham attended the University of Texas at San Antonio where he studied both Arts and Marketing, with a focus on professional sales and advanced marketing management. For the past 19 years, he has been volunteering as a children’s ministry teacher and mentor. He enjoys working on the ministry team and focusing on elementary age students. Mr. Packham has a passion for volunteering with students with Special Needs and low-income backgrounds.

     

    Mr. Packham currently resides in Frisco. He is a member of Prestonwood Baptist Church and spends free time with his family, two dogs, and golfing. He is a proud parent of 2 daughters, 1 son, and 2 granddaughters.

     

    Joseph W. Siragusa III

    Joe Siragusa started his professional career shortly after leaving the Army. Under the guidance of what would become a lifelong friendship, Joe learned how to communicate and manage different style of clients. After a few years Joe decided to take his experiences to the Middle East as a private contractor.

     

    Upon returning home Joe took a position with a construction management firm and worked his way from the bottom on up to a highly respected Project Manager. After 11 years Joe ended up being the final employee on the project he was on. Joe took all the experiences he has had and created his own construction company that has become a success and first to be reached out to when his clients are in need. His clients highly appreciate his honesty and ability to think outside of the box on problems that come up.

     

    Joe is a devoted husband and father to three wonderful children (1 boy and 2 girls). He spends his free time giving back to his fellow veterans.

     

    John Mongogna

    John J. Mongogna has worked as a civil litigator and business attorney since 1997 when he was licensed by the State Bar of Texas. He is also licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. Before beginning his career as an attorney he was privileged to work as a Legislative Aid to US Representative Larry Combest in Lubbock, Texas. He has represented hospitals, airlines, political departments and various sizes of entities.

     

    John married his college sweetheart and they have two beautiful daughters who make them so proud. John is an active member in the community, his church, has served on the board of various entities, and he also serves as a leader and participant on Disaster Relief mission trips. He is also a member of the Dallas Bar Association and Italian Bar Association and has been recognized as a Rising Star in the Super Lawyers Edition of the Texas Monthly.

     

    John graduated from Texas Tech University and Texas Tech University School of Law and was awarded the Regents Scholarship, the W.R. Quillam Memorial Endowed Scholarship, the Ex-Students Association Award and Athletic Scholarships.

     

     

    Greg Hooper

    Greg is a computer systems architect with over 20 years of experience. He studied computer science at the University of Central Missouri. Throughout his career, Greg has worked in technical engineering roles, as well as managing teams of engineers. He currently works for WekaIO, designing high performance file storage solutions for many of the largest companies in the region.

     

    Greg grew up in a small farming community

    in southern Missouri where he played sports, volunteered and served in his community.

     

    His heart for service led him to join the military coming out of high school. He completed a four-year tour of duty in the US Army, where he served in the 3rd Infantry Regiment (the Old Guard). His highest military achievement was earning the privilege to guard the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, where he served for 18 months. Passion for military service is at the heart of Greg’s family. His father served in the Army during the Vietnam war and his father-in-law retired as a Colonel after 23 years of service in the US Air Force. His son continues the mission and is currently serving as a 1st Lieutenant and infantry platoon leader in the 36th Infantry Division, Texas National Guard.

     

    Greg lives in Frisco, TX with his wonderful wife, Lynn. Lynn has worked with special needs children for many years in the public school system and continues to serve in children’s ministry. They have two children, Blaise and Ariel. Greg and Lynn are committed Christians and members of Prestonwood Baptist Church.

     

    Greg enjoys reading, writing, do-it-yourself projects and spending time with his family.

    He also enjoys spending time outdoors shooting and fishing.
