John J. Mongogna has worked as a civil litigator and business attorney since 1997 when he was licensed by the State Bar of Texas. He is also licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. Before beginning his career as an attorney he was privileged to work as a Legislative Aid to US Representative Larry Combest in Lubbock, Texas. He has represented hospitals, airlines, political departments and various sizes of entities.

John married his college sweetheart and they have two beautiful daughters who make them so proud. John is an active member in the community, his church, has served on the board of various entities, and he also serves as a leader and participant on Disaster Relief mission trips. He is also a member of the Dallas Bar Association and Italian Bar Association and has been recognized as a Rising Star in the Super Lawyers Edition of the Texas Monthly.

John graduated from Texas Tech University and Texas Tech University School of Law and was awarded the Regents Scholarship, the W.R. Quillam Memorial Endowed Scholarship, the Ex-Students Association Award and Athletic Scholarships.
